About us
Attorney Title Services, Inc. was established in 1995 by Louis Bakkalapulo. Louis Bakkalapulo created a title company which would stand out in the title industry as unique and innovative. What makes Attorney Title Services, Inc different is our very customer friendly rates and cutting technology, including the capability of performing E-Signings.
While many title companies have been raising their fees, Attorney Title Services, Inc has maintained our very affordable rates. In addition to these attractive rates we provide service that cannot be beat. All title work is done by highly experienced professionals and according to your time table. This includes the ability to perform next day title searches. We get your transactions completed timely, efficiently, and with savings that surpass other title companies.
The Company is also comprised of a well-trained and extremely competent staff of professionals. It is a full service Title Agent, which performs residential and commercial closings and escrow services.
Our Founder
Louis Bakkalapulo, Esq.

Mr. Bakkalapulo has been a Florida licensed attorney since 1988. Mr. Bakkalapulo was born in Memphis, Tennessee and grew up in Overland Park, Kansas. He attended the University of Kansas and was conferred a Bachelors of Science Degree from the School of Business in 1984 in the field of Business Administration. He then attended the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in Lansing Michigan and was conferred a Juris Doctorate degree in 1988. While attending Cooley Law School, Mr. Bakkalapulo appeared on the Deans List and Honor Role for several terms and was awarded the Lawyers Cooperative Book Award for the highest grade in Mortgages and Land Contracts. Mr. Bakkalapulo was a Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity member while in Law School.
